One ID, for life
You are registered once and given a permanent Jeeva ID. Every visit, every scan, every prescription and every bill attaches to that one number - so nothing is lost between departments, and nothing is asked of you twice.
Care teamEvery patient gets a named care plan, day or night.
50+ bedsPrivate rooms and modern equipment, built for recovery.
Patient-first care across 16 specialties in Hanamkonda — from a routine checkup to complex trauma, built around the people we treat rather than the paperwork.
A hospital that already knows your history is a hospital that stops asking you to be your own medical record. That is the whole idea, and everything below is what it takes to keep the promise.

Most of what goes wrong in a hospital goes wrong in the gaps: a file that did not follow you from one department to the next, a test repeated because nobody could find the first result, a bill nobody could explain. We built the software this hospital runs on before we built this page, and we built it to close those gaps.

You are registered once and given a permanent Jeeva ID. Every visit, every scan, every prescription and every bill attaches to that one number - so nothing is lost between departments, and nothing is asked of you twice.
(02)
By the time you sit down, the doctor can see your past visits, your last blood report and what you were prescribed in March. You should not have to be your own medical record.
(03)
Tests are ordered straight to our lab, and results land on your record the moment they are ready. Medicines are dispensed from batch-tracked stock against your ID, with a proper GST bill in your hand.

Every doctor here is named, with their qualification, the days they sit and the hours they consult published before you book. There is no pooled list and no 'whoever is free' - the consultant you chose is the one who sees you.

Consultation fees, ward rates and health check prices are all published here, and they are the same figures the hospital bills from. A room rate is locked at admission, so the number you were quoted is the number on the bill.
(06) · Always open
Routine OPD runs 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 24/7. Emergency is a separate door and is staffed every hour of every day, including Sundays and holidays - because the thing you cannot plan for is the thing a hospital has to be ready for.

Hanamkonda, Warangal · one building
Every bed, theatre and consulting room counted here is inside it. The ward rates that go with them are published on this site too, and locked at admission - so the figure you are quoted is the figure you are billed.
Never been here before? This is a first visit end to end - what happens at each desk, and roughly how long it takes. Registration happens once; after that your Jeeva ID is the only thing you need to bring.
01
About 2 minutes · once, ever
The front desk issues your permanent Jeeva ID. It takes about two minutes, and you only ever do it once.
So no visit after this one ever starts with a form again.
02
Your history, already open
You meet your doctor with your full history already open in front of them - no lost files, no repeating yourself.
So you are not the one carrying the file, or remembering the dosage.
03
Routine reports in about 30 minutes
Any tests advised go straight to our lab. Reports upload to your record the moment they are ready.
So most people leave with the result, not a date to come back for it.
04
Batch-tracked · GST bill
Prescribed medicines are dispensed against your ID from verified, batch-tracked stock. GST bill in hand.
So what you are handed can be traced, and what you paid is on paper.
One building · one trip
Consult, test and collect medicines in a single visit.
That is what the four steps are for. Registration happens once, ever - every visit after this one starts at step 02.
The point of a multispeciality building is that the test, the scan and the medicine are a corridor away, not another trip across town.

Diagnostics
30 min
Average turnaround on routine bloods, processed in this building rather than sent out and waited on.

Inpatient · ICU
30 beds
General, semi-private and private rooms plus a monitored ICU, with published day rates and a bed for the attendant.
(01)On-site X-ray for fractures and spine, with imaging support for neurology.
(02)Cardiac work-ups the same day. Chest pain assessed without a referral across town.
(03)Batch-tracked stock, dispensed against your Jeeva ID with a printed GST bill.
(04)Minor procedures and day surgery, with recovery in the same building.
(05)The doors do not close. Triage, resuscitation and admission run through the night and through every holiday.
Kept short, and kept exactly as they said it at the desk.

Every day, including holidays. Walk straight in - no appointment, no registration first.
If your question isn't here, call the front desk. A person picks up.
Just yourself, a phone number, and any old reports or prescriptions you have. Reception registers you in about two minutes and issues your Jeeva ID (it looks like JMH2026OP00123). Every visit after that, the ID is all you need - your history is already with us.
Yes. Every consultant is named on this site with their qualification, the days and hours they consult, and their fee - you pick the one you want and book that slot. There is no pooled queue and no "whoever is on duty": the consultant you booked is the consultant who sees you.
Routine OPD runs 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 24/7 - so Sunday is the one day there is no routine consulting. Emergency is a separate door and never closes: it is staffed 24×7, every day of the year including Sundays and holidays, on +91 9100005195.
The consultation is billed when you book at the desk - you'll get a printed receipt with the fee on it. Medicines and lab tests, if the doctor advises any, are billed separately at the pharmacy and lab counters, so you only ever pay for what you actually take.
Routine blood work is usually ready in about 30 minutes. You can collect a printout from the lab counter, or sign in to the patient portal with your Jeeva ID and download it from your phone - every report you've ever had here stays in one place.
Of course. The doctor's prescription is yours - our in-house pharmacy simply has the medicines the doctors here actually prescribe, checks expiry dates automatically, and bills with proper GST receipts. If we're short-stocked, we'll say so rather than substitute quietly.
Yes - one attendant per patient, and we record their name and phone at admission so the ward can reach the right person immediately. General ward has attendant chairs; private rooms have a proper attendant bed.
Cash, UPI, and cards at every counter - consultation, pharmacy, lab, and admissions. Every payment gets a printed, GST-compliant receipt with a receipt number, and any past bill can be reprinted at the desk if you lose yours.
Every ward rate is on this site rather than quoted to you at admission - from ₹1,500 a day for the general ward, with what each room includes listed beside the price. Room rent above ₹5,000 a day attracts 5% GST on the non-ICU wards; ICU is exempt. The rate is locked at admission, so the figure you were quoted is the figure you are billed.
Most of the 6 packages do - nothing but water for about 10 hours - and each one says so on the health checks page along with how long it takes. No appointment slot is needed; come any morning. Routine bloods come back in about 30 minutes, so a doctor goes through the results with you before you leave rather than posting them on.
Telugu and English, across the whole consulting panel. Each doctor's profile lists the languages they consult in, so you can check before you book rather than finding out in the room.
The emergency department never closes and needs no appointment. If you can, call ahead so the team is ready before you arrive.
OPD runs 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week, and the emergency door never closes. Booking takes about a minute and holds you a real slot with a named consultant.
