This is where most visits to Jeeva start. A general physician's job is to work out what is actually wrong before anyone specialises - which for a fever in Warangal means telling a viral fever from typhoid, dengue and malaria, and doing it fast enough that the answer still changes the treatment.
The other half of the week is the long conditions: diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid and cholesterol. These are managed as a running record rather than a series of unrelated visits - the same numbers, tracked over years, so a dose is changed because a trend moved and not because of one bad reading.
Blood work comes back from the in-house lab in about thirty minutes. In most cases that means the results are read out and explained in the same sitting, and you leave with a plan instead of an appointment to hear one.
